The following set up is required for all counts agents.

You should be receiving two emails from Vonage now. Open first the one with the subject line “New User Information”.

In the email, there should be a white button on the upper right over a blue banner. Click on this “sign in” button.

It should open your internet browser and prompt you to create a new password. Enter it into both fields and click “submit” on the lower right side.

Your Vonage account is now set up! Stay tuned for the the new tools you now have access to!
