Pricing Details – 

• All services  are billed to your Associate Account within Counts. 
• Matterport – Pricing is based upon 3,000 SqFt – $50/additional 1,000 sqft will be applied to the final bill. 
• Media services are best performed in a home ready to be toured and without anyone else present.
• We are not responsible for the condition of the home at the time of the scan. The Agent is responsible for the staging of the home. Additional fees will be applied if staging is required.
• MATTERPORT SERVICES ARE PROPERTY OF COUNTS REAL ESTATE AND ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU AT A HUGE DISCOUNT. YOU MUST REMAIN A COUNTS AGENT TO CONTINUE USING THE MEDIA PRODUCED AT THESE PRICES.
